Why Choose Us

When it comes to eye surgery, where you choose to have your procedure matters just as much as the procedure itself.

The surgical environment, the experience of your care team, the technology available in the operating room, and the attention you receive throughout the entire process all play a role in your outcome.

Quantum Eye Surgery Center was built with all of that in mind.

A Single-Specialty Facility Built for Eye Surgery

Quantum Eye Surgery Center is dedicated exclusively to ophthalmology. We do not divide our attention across multiple specialties. Every surgeon, every staff member, every piece of equipment, and every process in our facility exists for one purpose: delivering exceptional eye surgical care.

There is a real difference between a team that does one thing and a team that does many. Ours does one. That depth of experience and familiarity runs through every part of the patient experience here.

Fellowship-Trained Surgeons Across Every Subspecialty

Our surgical team includes fellowship-trained specialists in cataract surgery, glaucoma, retina, cornea, and oculoplastic surgery.

Fellowship training represents the highest level of subspecialty education available in ophthalmology, meaning our surgeons have pursued advanced, focused training in their specific areas of expertise beyond standard residency requirements. Having specialists across every major subspecialty under one roof means that no matter what brings a patient to our center, they are in the hands of someone with deep, specific experience in that area of eye care.

Advanced Technology Across Every Procedure

Technology moves fast in ophthalmology, and we keep up with it.

We work with Alcon, Johnson & Johnson Vision, and Bausch + Lomb across our surgical platforms, and we offer both the Catalys and Alcon femtosecond laser systems for cataract surgery. Our IOL selection covers every major brand and lens category on the market. For glaucoma, we perform everything from laser procedures to MIGS to traditional surgery. For vision correction, we offer LASIK and the latest EVO Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) technology. Your surgeon will determine what is most appropriate based on your eyes, vision needs, and lifestyle.

For our patients, that means the right technology is always available, without referrals or compromises.

Volume, Safety, and Proven Results

With approximately 6,000 procedures performed each year, our surgical team brings a level of experience and consistency to every case that only comes with doing this work day in and day out. On the safety side, our surgical infection rates and reportable adverse events consistently fall below national benchmarks. And when we survey our patients, the satisfaction scores reflect what we hope every person feels, that they were taken care of, not just treated.

Accredited. Accountable. Trusted.

Quantum Eye Surgery Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH).

These accreditations require demonstrated adherence to rigorous standards of patient safety, quality of care, and operational excellence. They are a reflection of our commitment to holding ourselves to the highest standards in ambulatory surgical care.

A Team That Takes Patient Care Personally

Credentials, technology, and accreditations matter, but so does the patient experience.

At Quantum Eye Surgery Center, the care our team provides goes beyond the operating room. From the moment a patients surgery is scheduled with us to the time their surgery is completed and followed up on, they are treated with genuine attention, clear communication, and compassion.

Our staff are experienced, dedicated, and deeply invested in the outcomes of every person who walks through our doors. That commitment is something our team brings to work every single day.

If you are looking for a surgical team you can trust with your vision, we would be honored to be that team.
